From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Only fully vaccinated individuals are allowed to check-in to our resort. Your vaccination Digital Certification must be presented upon check-in. Kids 12 years old below are allowed to check-in, dine in and use swimming pool with fully vaccinated parents. 12 years to 18 years old are allowed to check-in, dine in and use swimming pool (MUST have 1 dose vaccine).
Remarks:
2 weeks after 2nd dose in a 2-dose series for Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Sinovac vaccine OR;
28 days after a single dose vaccine for Johnson & Johnson and CanSino vaccine.

Good
All are good except the food.
The breakfast. I paid 600 for two rooms and i expect the breakfast must be excellent. Please add more options. There are two options for breakfast, early morning and 8 am.Please add more food for the 2nd phase.

Overall, i am satisfy and will come back to stay there .
The room we get has no water heater and shower in cold. Please repair the water heater for upcoming customer to use it. Overall, its good.

Satisfactory
The bathroom, the pool & the restaurant as well as the lobby. Very friendly staff too.
The garden. Some of the shrubs were not maintained enough and big trees would be better lit with bright light. It was a bit dark and felt like it was in the jungle. So it was quite scary.
